Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the LSM in its housing and engage the retainers.
  2. Connect the wire harness connectors to the LSM.
  3. Install the BCM access cover. Remove the BCM access cover. Refer to MODULE, BODY CONTROL (BCM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the HVAC duct. Refer to DUCT, INSTRUMENT PANEL, CENTER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the steering column opening cover. (Refer to SHROUD, STEERING COLUMN, LOWER and SHROUD, STEERING COLUMN, UPPER .
  6. Install the transmission shift lever handle. For automatic. Refer to SHIFTER, TRANSMISSION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . For manual. Refer to KNOB, GEARSHIFT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  7. Remove the front door sill plate. Refer to PLATE, SCUFF, DOOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
