Inspection Procedure No. 15 - Park/Neutral Switch Input Circuit Check, For Input Switch Inspection Code 26

Test park/neutral switch. See PARK/NEUTRAL SWITCH  under TESTING. Replace park/neutral switch if defective. If park/neutral switch is okay, check starter relay. See appropriate STARTER article in the ELECTRICAL section. If park/neutral switch and STARTER relay are okay, check wiring, connectors between speed control ECM and power source. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Repair or replace as necessary.
