Engine Ignition Signal

Ignition coil senses engine ignition signal. If an abnormal condition occurs during engine operation (such as ignition signal is not generated), PCM will detect a fault and set Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) 44 in memory. Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) will also come on.
