Chart No. 1, Checking Cruise Control Module (CCM) Power-Supply Circuit

  1. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Turn cruise control switch to the CRUISE position. Using a voltmeter, connect voltmeter leads between CCM connector terminal No. 2 (Blue/White wire) and ground. Voltmeter should read battery voltage.
  2. Move voltmeter leads to CCM connector terminal No. 8 (Black wire) and ground, and then to terminal No. 14 (Black wire) and ground. Voltmeter should read zero volts in all cruise control switch positions.
