Section 12 (Axle Shafts - Front): Description

The axle shafts use a Birfield type outer joint and a Tripod type inner joint. The axle shafts are splined to the wheel hub and secured by a spindle nut. The axle shafts are splined into the transaxle and retained by a circlip.
