Engine Block: FLEXPLATE: Removal

Remove the transmission (Refer to REMOVAL .

Using the sequence shown, remove the flexplate bolts.
CAUTION:
Do not use an impact socket or a thick walled socket when removing or installing the flexplate retaining bolts, damage to the crankshaft, internal engine or the transmission may occur.
Remove the flexplate.
Inspect the flexplate for cracks or damaged to the teeth.
