When Monitored

Check 1 

TCM is in power on state and initialization is complete.

Battery voltage is greater than 9 volts.

Check 2 

TCM is in power on state and initialization is complete.

Battery voltage is greater than 9 volts.

Engine speed is greater than 1500 RPM.
