Diagnostic Test

  1. ACTIVE DTC 
    NOTE: Diagnose all CAN B and C communication DTCs before continuing.
    NOTE: Check for DTC(s) that may have set in the EIS(CGW) Module and diagnose before continuing. Ensure the Ignition key has been learned into the EIS(CGW) Module
    1. Ignition on, engine not running.
    2. With a scan tool, view DTCs.

      Is the status Active for this DTC?

      Yes 

      • Replace the EIS(CGW) MODULE in accordance with the Service Information.

      No
