VALVE, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR): Installation: Installation

1. Clean gasket mating surfaces.
2. Install EGR valve. Torque nuts to 32.4 N.m.
3. Connect EGR pipe to EGR valve. Torque bolts to 32.4 N.m
4. Connect EGR vacuum line.
5. Connect the flow control valve vacuum line.
6. Connect negative battery cable.
7. Install engine cover. Refer to appropriate Engine article.
