Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable. Remove the one overhead console-to-roof bracket retaining screw, located at front of overhead console. Carefully grasp both sides of overhead console in area between headliner and sides of the overhead console housing in area of the storage bin.
  2. Pull downward firmly and evenly on overhead console to disengage rear snap clips. Lower overhead console to access harness connector. Disconnect overhead console harness connector. Remove overhead console. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten overhead console-to-roof bracket retaining screw to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
