Installation - 4WD

  1. Guide the sensor wire around the upper control arm.
  2. Position the sensor on the hub/bearing and install the attaching bolts. Tighten bolt to 18-25 N.m (160-220 in. lbs.).
  3. Secure the sensor wire retaining clamps to the control arm and the fender panel with original hardware.
  4. In the engine compartment, connect the sensor wire to the harness connector. Insure the wire is routed away from the hot or rotating underhood components.
  5. Install the brake rotor and caliper. (Refer to DISC & DRUM ).
  6. Install the wheel and tire assembly.
  7. Turn the steering wheel back and forth to verify that the wire is clear of the steering and suspension components.
  8. Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
