One Door Fails To Lock/Unlock From Any Switch

  1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect inoperable door lock motor harness connector. Disconnect CTM connector C2. Measure resistance of Orange/Black wire between CTM connector C2 terminal No. 1 and inoperable door lock motor harness connector. If reading is more than 5 ohms, locate and repair open in Orange/Black wire. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  . If reading is 5 ohms or less, go to next step.
    NOTE: Door lock driver circuit (Orange/Black wire) and door unlock driver circuit (Pink/Black wire) wiring harness splice is located in wiring harness of driver's door sill, beneath driver's seat.
  2. Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Measure resistance of door unlock driver circuit (Pink/Black wire) between CTM connector C2 terminal No. 9 and inoperable door lock motor harness connector. If reading is more than 5 ohms, locate and repair open in Pink/Black wire. Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  . If reading is 5 ohms or less, replace inoperable door lock motor.
