Test TC-119B - Fuel System Lean
NOTE:
Perform TEST TC-119A - FUEL SYSTEM LEAN before proceeding.
Perform following No Trouble Code (NTC) tests in the order listed. See TESTING SEQUENCE table. If a test passes, proceed to the next test until the problem is found.
