Test TC-113C - EVAP Purge Flow Monitor Failure

NOTE: Perform TEST TC-113A - EVAP PURGE FLOW MONITOR FAILURE  before proceeding.
  1. Remove EVAP purge solenoid. Lightly tap ports on EVAP purge solenoid on a clean surface. If foreign material comes out of ports on EVAP purge solenoid, go to next step. If no foreign material comes out of ports on EVAP purge solenoid, replace EVAP purge solenoid. Perform TEST VER-5A - ROAD TEST FOR OBD-II TROUBLE CODES .
  2. Inspect vacuum line from EVAP purge solenoid to the EVAP canister. EVAP canister is located on frame rail, directly below the driver's seat.
  3. If vacuum line is disconnected, ripped or cut, repair or replace the vacuum line as necessary. Perform TEST VER-5A - ROAD TEST FOR OBD-II TROUBLE CODES . If vacuum line is not disconnected, ripped or cut, clean out vacuum line as necessary, and replace EVAP purge solenoid and EVAP canister. Perform TEST VER-5A - ROAD TEST FOR OBD-II TROUBLE CODES .
