Power Door Lock Test 24A - Liftgate & Left Sliding Door Fail To Unlock

NOTE: Perform POWER DOOR LOCK TEST 1A  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal ID, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  and WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Turn ignition off. Disconnect junction block connectors "A" and "B". See Figure in CHIME TEST 2A. Using external ohmmeter, measure resistance between ground and terminal No. 32 (Violet/Yellow wire) on connector "A". If resistance is less than 5 ohms, repair Violet/Yellow wire for short to ground. If resistance is 5 ohms or greater, repair liftgate unlock relay output circuit (Violet/Yellow wire) between terminal No. 10 on connector "A" and liftgate lock motor for short to ground.
