CCS6 - Checking Cruise Control System Resume Function

  1. Connect diagnostic readout box to engine harness connector. Put system in Sensor Test Mode 09. Move cruise control on/off switch to "ON" position. Connect jumper wire between cavities No. 2 and 10 of logic module Black connector (Blue on turbo). If "00" is displayed on readout box, ensure terminal in connector cavity No. 10 is not damaged, causing a poor connection. If terminal is okay, replace logic module.

  2. If readout box display is "01", connect jumper wire between cruise control switch harness connector Dark Blue/White and White wires. DO NOT  disconnect cruise control switch connector. If readout box display is "01", replace cruise control switch. If readout box display is "00", repair White wire for an open circuit to cavity No. 10 of logic module Black connector (Blue on turbo).
