Module, Door: Installation: Installation

  1. Position the door control module to the front door hardware module carrier.
  2. Install and tighten the two screws (3) that secure the door control module to the front door hardware module carrier. Tighten the screws securely.

  3. Reconnect each of the electrical connectors (2) to the connector receptacles of the door control module (1).

  4. With the DDM (1) securely in place and reconnect, install the lower trim panel to the inside of the front door. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, INSTALLATION .
  5. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
  6. Perform the manual relearn procedure. Refer to MODULE, DOOR, MODULE PROGRAMMING .
