Module, Electric Park Brake: Installation: Installation

  1. Position EPB module (1) and install both module push-pin fasteners (2).
  2. Connect electrical connector (3) to the EPB module (1) and push the lever down to lock into position.
  3. Install the left trunk carpet panel. Refer to CARPET, FLOOR, INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
NOTE:

If this Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is being replaced with a new unit, a diagnostic scan tool MUST be used to align the PROXI configuration data into the new ECU. Follow the routine outlined in the diagnostic scan tool for PROXI Configuration Alignment under Body Control Module (BCM) Miscellaneous Functions menu.
