(T40) STARTER RELAY OUTPUT CIRCUIT SHORTED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  DTC-Based Diagnostics/MODULE, Powertrain Control (PCM) - Standard Procedure  .
