Sensor - Map - 3.8L

CAUTION:
Before removal clean the outside area around the sensor to prevent dirt and debris from entering the intake manifold.
The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor (1) is located on the intake manifold (3).
- Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable at battery.
- Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the sensor (1).
- Remove the MAP sensor (1) from the intake manifold (3) by turning the sensor 1/4 turn in the counter - clockwise direction.
