1 - FUEL RAIL

2 - EGR VALVE

3 - POWER STEERING PUMP

4 - GENERATOR

5 - COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

6 - THERMOSTAT HOUSING

7 - FUEL RAIL PRESSURE SENSOR

WARNING: Risk of injury to skin and eyes from scalding with hot coolant. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90° C. Open cap slowly to release pressure. Store coolant in suitable and appropriately marked container. Wear protective gloves, clothes and eye wear.

Disconnect negative battery cable.
Remove engine cover.
Partially drain coolant system below pressurized coolant recovery container, (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE/COOLANT - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
Unplug coolant temperature sensor (5) electrical connector.
NOTE: Capture any residual coolant that may flow.
Remove coolant temperature sensor (5).
