SYMPTOMS INSPECTION PROCEDURE NO.
Communication between the scan tool and all systems is not possible. Refer to appropriate MULTIPORT FUEL INJECTION article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE.
Communication between the scan tool and the ABS-ECU is not possible. Refer to INSPECTION PROCEDURE 1 .
When the ignition switch is turned to "ON" (Engine stopped or after start-up), the TCL warning light does not illuminate. INSPECTION PROCEDURE 1: WHEN THE IGNITION SWITCH IS TURNED TO "ON" (ENGINE STOPPED OR AFTER STARTUP), THE TCL WARNING LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE 
The TCL warning light remains illuminated after the engine is started. INSPECTION PROCEDURE 2: THE TCL WARNING LIGHT REMAINS ILLUMINATED AFTER THE ENGINE IS STARTED  .
The TCL system does not operate. INSPECTION PROCEDURE 3: THE TCL SYSTEM DOES NOT OPERATE  .
