Fuel Line Quick-Connect Fitting: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE .
  2. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  3. Ensure area around fuel line and quick-connect fitting is clean. Place shop towel around fuel line. Squeeze retainer tabs together and pull quick-connect fitting off of fuel line.

Retainer will stay on fuel line.
