DTC P1281: Engine Is Cold Too Long: Description

Engine coolant temperature is monitored with engine running, ambient temperature more than -11°F (-24°C) and start-up coolant temperature at 20-212°F (-7 to 100°C). DTC will set when engine does not warm to 160°F (71°C) after driving for 20 minutes. Possible cause is a cooling system problem.
