Interior Light Test 2D - Courtesy Light Inoperative With Any Door

NOTE: Perform INTERIOR LIGHT TEST 2C  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform, after each repair, TEST VER-1A - VERIFICATION PROCEDURE  .
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Stop courtesy light actuation. Open left front door. Using scan tool, read left front door ajar switch status. If scan tool displays LFDOOR AJAR: CLOSED, replace Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is mounted to junction block. See Figure in CHIME TEST 2A. If scan tool does not display LFDOOR AJAR: CLOSED, go to DOOR AJAR TEST 3A.
