Test 90A - All Doors Fail To Lock & Unlock From One Switch

NOTE: For connector terminal identification and wiring diagrams, see BODY CONTROL COMPUTER  section in this article. Perform TEST VER-1  VERIFICATION TEST after each repair.
  1. Remove appropriate door trim panel. Disconnect door lock switch connector. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on door lock switch connector terminal No. 4 (Pink wire). If voltage is 10 volts or less, repair open Pink wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, go to next step.
  2. Connect jumper wire between door lock switch connector terminals No. 1 (Orange/Violet wire) and No. 4 (Pink wire). Using scan tool, read door lock switch voltage. If voltage is 8 volts or less, repair open Orange/Violet wire. If voltage is more than 8 volts, replace door lock switch.
