Windshield Wiper Test 2F - Wipers Not Working At All

NOTE: Perform WINDSHIELD WIPER TEST 2D  before proceeding with this test. For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION in BODY CONTROL COMPUTER INTRODUCTION. Perform TEST VER-1A  after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
  1. Remove and inspect fuse No. 15 (10-amp) in junction block. See Figure in CHIME TEST 3A  . If fuse is open, go to WINDSHIELD WIPER TEST 2G. If fuse is okay, go to next step.
  2. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage at cavity No. 28 (Black/White wire) for fuse No. 15. See Figure in CHIME TEST 3A. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open in Black/White wire between ignition switch and junction block. If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open in Dark Blue/Gray wire between junction block and intermittent wiper relay.
