Test 40D - Dimming Interior Displays

NOTE: Following test sequence covers only modules on CCD bus system. Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

If radio display problem exists, go to TEST 40C. If instrument cluster display problem exists, replace instrument cluster. If EVIC panel monitor display problem exists, replace EVIC panel monitor. If traveler display problem exists, replace traveler. If compass/temperature display problem exists, replace compass/temperature module. If no problems exist with any displays, instrument cluster is operating properly at this time.
