Test 19C - Faulty Door/Deck Warning Light

  1. Ensure all doors and trunk are closed. Using DRB-II, read left front door ajar switch status. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 38A  . If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, open left front door. If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 38A.
  2. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, read right front door ajar switch status using DRB-II. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 40A  . If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, open right front door. If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 40A.
  3. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, read left rear door ajar switch status using DRB-II. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 39A  . If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, open left rear door. If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 39A.
  4. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, read right rear door ajar switch status using DRB-II. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 41A  . If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, open right rear door. If DRB-II does not display CIRCUIT CLOSED, go to TEST 41A. If DRB-II displays CIRCUIT CLOSED, check trunk ajar switch. Go to TEST 57A.
