Test SC-8C - Testing CLOCKSPRING Circuit For Open

NOTE: Perform TEST SC-8A  before proceeding.

Put DRB-II in voltmeter mode. DO NOT  disconnect clockspring 5-pin connector. Using DRB-II, backprobe clockspring connector terminal No. 4, mode select sense circuit (Red/Light Green wire). If voltage is less than 10 volts, replace clockspring. Perform TEST SC-VER  . If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open in Red/Light Green wire. Perform TEST SC-VER  .
