No Start Test 3 - Checking For Fuel Fouled Spark Plugs
Remove spark plugs. Inspect spark plug tips for wet fuel. Spark plugs should be dry. If spark plugs are dry, proceed to NO START TEST 4 . If spark plugs are wet with fuel, clean and reinstall.
