Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

  3. Partially remove and reposition the rear wheelhouse liner (2).

    NOTE:

    The object sensor is a one piece design. Do NOT twist the sensor cap to try and remove the painted cap. Replacement sensor requires painting to match fascia/bumper body color.

  5. Lift the locking tabs on the housing and remove the advanced rear parking assist alarm sensor (1).
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector.
