Installation Procedure

    Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) @ Clip (2) - Install

  2. Connect all electrical connectors. [3x]

    Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.

  4. Fuel Tank (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]

    6. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  6. Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Retainer (3) - Install

  8. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  9. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  11. Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
  12. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
  13. Wiring Harness (1) - Connect
  14. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  15. Refill the fuel tank.
  16. Inspect for fuel leaks.
