| Condition | After replacing the A11 radio some dealers will notice that the S165 Infotainment Control Switch or HD radio do not work. |
| Cause | Some radios were refurbished with missing internal components. |
CORRECTION
Engineering is working with the Electronic Service Centers (ESC's) to quarantine parts. If you have received a radio that has a second part number sticker and the vehicle has one of these options, do not use the radio. Please contact the ESC to get another radio.
