Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify the Windshield Wiper Switch scan tool parameter changes to Off, Delay 1 - 5, and Low when operating the S82 Windshield Wiper/Washer Switch through all switch positions.
    • If the parameter changes, but not to all states 

      Replace the S82 Windshield Wiper/Washer Switch

    • If the parameter does not change 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the parameter changes 
  2. A fault is not currently present and may be an intermittent condition.
