Preliminary Procedures

  1. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)
  2. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  3. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement 
1 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Clip
2 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Install a NEW engine coolant temperature seal.
