Circuit/System Verification

DTC B253A 39, B253B 39, B253C 39, B253D 39, B253E 39, B253F 39

  1. Vehicle in Service Mode.
  2. Verify DTC DTC B253A 39, B253B 39, B253C 39, B253D 39, B253E 39, B253F 39 is not set.
    • If any of the DTCs are set 

      Replace the appropriate B342 UHF Low Energy Remote Control Access Sensor Transceiver.

    • Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set 
  3. All OK

DTC B253A 42, B253B 42, B253C 42, B253D 42, B253E 42, B253F 42

  1. Vehicle in Service Mode.
  2. Verify DTC B253A 42, B253B 42, B253C 42, B253D 42, B253E 42, or B253F 42 is not set.
    • If any of the DTCs are set 
    1. Program the K183 UHF Short Range Low Energy Remote Control Access Transceiver.
    2. Verify the DTC does not set.
      • If the DTC sets, replace the appropriate B342 UHF Low Energy Remote Control Access Sensor Transceiver.
      • Go to next step: If the DTC does not set
    3. All OK.
    • Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set 
  3. All OK
