Installation Procedure

    Battery (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Battery Retainer Assembly (2) - Install

  3. Battery Retainer Assembly Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 8 N.m (71 lb/in)

    Battery Tray Support (2) - Install

  5. Battery Tray Support Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

    Battery Positive Cable (3) @ Battery Post - Install

  7. Battery Positive Cable Clamp Fastener - Install and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb/in)
  8. Battery Positive Cable Protective Cover (1) - Install
  9. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
