Compression Engine Compression Test
NOTE: The minimum compression in any one cylinder is 2069 kPa (300 psi). There should not be more than 345 kPa (50 psi) difference between a suspect cylinder and the average compression of all 4 cylinders.
Oil Pressure Minimum - Warm - @ Idle - 70 kPa (10 psi)
Oil Pressure - Minimum - @ 3800 RPM - 250 kPa (36 psi)

Compression Engine Compression Test
NOTE: The minimum compression in any 1 cylinder should not be less than 70 percent of the highest cylinder. No cylinder should read less than 690 kPa (100 psi).
Oil Pressure - Minimum - Hot 152 kPa at 1000 engine RPM (22 psig at 1000 engine RPM)
207 kPa at 2000 engine RPM (30 psig at 2000 engine RPM)
228 kPa at 3000 engine RPM (33 psig at 3000 engine RPM)

Flywheel/Flex Plate/Drive Plate Torque - 2.8L Diesel  Automatic Transmission Flex Plate Bolt
1st Pass - 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
2nd Pass - Loosen 90 Degrees
3rd Pass - 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Final Pass - Tighten 60 Degrees
Flywheel/Flex Plate/Drive Plate Torque - 4.3L  First Pass 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Second Pass 30 N.m (30 lb ft)
Final Pass additional 45 degrees
