With Scan Tool

    NOTE:

    This procedure is only for control modules that cannot communicate and injector replacement.

  1. Perform the following action :
    • {Q17 Fuel Injector - Replaced} Record the Injector Flow Identifier information from the new injectors.
    • { K20 Engine Control Module - Replaced} Record the Injector Flow Identifier information from all injectors.
  2. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  3. Select : Module Diagnostics
  4. Select : Engine Control Module
  5. Select : Configuration/Reset Functions
  6. Select : Injector Flow Rate Programming
  7. Select : Cylinder 1-4 Injector Flow Identifier
  8. Enter the recorded injector flow identifier for each injector.

    Verify the scan tool procedure was successful.

    • If the procedure was not successful 

      Repeat step 1

    • Go to next step : If the procedure was successful 
  9. All OK.
