Installation Procedure

    Generator (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Generator Mounting Bolt (1) - Install and Tighten [2x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
  3. Retainer (2) - Engage
  4. Install the drive belt. Drive Belt Replacement
  5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

    Battery Positive Cable (2) - Install

  7. Battery Positive Cable Nut (3) - Install and Tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  8. Generator Terminal Boot (4) - Install
  9. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
  10. Install the engine cover. Engine Cover Replacement
  11. Install the driver seat. Front Seat Removal and Installation
  12. Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
