Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Remove the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Without removing the splash shield, remove the drive belt, from the generator pulley. Drive Belt Replacement
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Protective Cap (1) - Remove
- Generator Nut (2) - Remove
- Battery Positive Cable (3) - Remove
- Disconnect the electrical connector. (4)
Generator Bolt (2) - Remove
Generator Fastener (1) - Remove [2X]
Remove the generator. (1)
