Installation Procedure

    Install a NEW seal. (1, 3) [2x]

  2. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe (2) - Install

    NOTE:

    Do NOT tighten.

    Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt (1) - Install [2x]

    NOTE:

    Do NOT tighten.

    Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt (3)@Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler (1) - Install [2x]

    5. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  5. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt (3) - Tighten [2x] 10N.m (89 lb in)

    Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bolt (1) - Tighten [2x] 10N.m (89 lb in)

    Install the exhaust gas recirculation temperature sensor - position 2 (2) and tighten to 42N.m (31 lb ft).

  8. Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement - Install
  9. Water Outlet Replacement - Install
  10. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement  - Install
  11. Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement - Install
