Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling
  2. Heater Outlet Hose Vapor Vent Hose Replacement - Remove
  3. Radiator Inlet Hose@Water Outlet - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement

    Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (2) - Loosen

  5. Heater Outlet Hose (1) - Disconnect

    Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector. (3)

  7. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer (4) - Remove
  8. Remove the engine coolant temperature sensor. (2)
  9. Remove and DISCARD the seal. (1)
