Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Exhaust Service Warning

  1. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Disconnect
  2. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Remove
  3. Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement - Remove

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)

  5. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor (2)@Wiring Harness Clip (4) - Unclip [2x]
  6. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor (2)@Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler (3) - Remove
