Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Exhaust Service Warning

  1. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection - Disconnect
  2. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement - Remove
  3. GM4091551Courtesy of GENERAL MOTORS COMPANY

    Disconnect the electrical connector. (1)

  4. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Wiring Harness@Camshaft Cover Bracket (2) - Remove
  5. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor (4)@Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler (3) - Remove
