Installation Procedure

    Clean the threads of the electronic coolant temperature sensor (1) and apply sealer. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers .

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

    Install the electronic coolant temperature sensor (1) and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

    Connect the electrical connector (1).

  4. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96)Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
  5. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
