Removal Procedure

  1. Fuel Injector Deadener - Remove - Fuel Injector Deadener Replacement

    Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Hose Clip Nut (1) - Remove [2x]

  3. Diesel Fuel Separator (2) - Reposition
  4. Exhaust Temperature Sensor Bracket (3) - Reposition

    NOTE:

    Long nose pliers may be helpful in disconnecting the glow plug wiring harness from the glow plugs.

    Diesel Glow Plug Wiring Harness (1) - Disconnect [4x]

    Remove the glow plugs (1) from the cylinder head. [4x]
