Installation Procedure

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (4) - Install

  2. Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Install and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in)
  4. Fuel Tank Filler Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Strap (2) - Install

  6. Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  8. Refill the fuel tank.
  9. Inspect for fuel leaks.
  10. Lower the vehicle.
