NOTE:
Install a NEW gasket.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Gasket (2) - Install

NOTE:

Connect the exhaust gas recirculation coolant feed hose and clamp to the exhaust gas recirculation valve during installation.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve (1) - Install

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Nut (2) - Install and tighten [4x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Brace Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 58 N.m (43 lb ft)

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Stop Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fuel Pump Fuel Return Hose Replacement
